Leaks water...

Built in coffee maker is leaking water from the steamer. weather the machine is on or off.

0 control panel works intermittently, when a function is selected, it will perform a different function, other times it will work fine, then sometimes it doesnt work at all? Help! bad circuit board? bad control panel?
