Question About Lance-Larkin Coffeemaker Brew Express CoffeeMaker

When I turn the coffeemaker on, an "E" light starts blinking. In the past, the coffeemaker would sometimes come on if I turned it off and on, now it only gives the "E" blinking lights. What is the problem? Thanks, Kat
