error code assistance request...

0 I havent had any helpful response on it yet, but I had to send the machine in for repairs. I believe EI means that there is a water inlet problem, but our water was coming into the machine fine. It ended up being the motor that had died and therefore could not pump the water around the machine .... so a whole lot of money later, and the problem is fixed. Check your water inlet and see if your problem is the same as mine. If your maching is about as old as mine (3 years) then perhaps that is the life span of the motor. Good luck!
