Getting error message IE after about 5 minutes of running washer.

5 Had same problem. Repairman said it needed new sump assembly. $300 for repair. I took off the bottom spayer, drained out water and found a piece of plastic blocking the pump. Put back togeter and worked fine. This was an LG repairman as well. I think it was a mistake to buy LG.
