Someone over loaded the DW and it knocked the spinny thing off a little bit, and the DW didn't finish the cycle. I put it on rinse only to get the water out of the bottom and the display is flashing OE over and over. Don't know where I put the manual and for whatever reason, I am unable to download it from the LG site. Any help would be great! Thanks
