I'm looking for an owner's manual, and an installation manual for LG over the range microwave oven model #LVM1680WW. Customer support is totally ineffective - with every problem recommends taking the unit into a repair center or calling a technician who comes out, uninstalls the unit and takes it into a repair center. How is that helpful? The repair, no matter how small ends up costing more than the unit cost back in 2008. YT, Corlene
