my elderly neighbour in her 80s has this microwave...

my elderly neighbour in her 80s has this microwave but no manual i went round the other day and she had a cup of milk in on top was a metal coaster i told her not to do that or sparks will fly and it would blow up she said she dosent know properly how to use it as shes no manual please help thank you
