Question About LG Electronics Refrigerator LSC26905
freezer warm food defrosted...

Woke up this morning to food defrosted in the freezer it's not cold refrigerator is cool not cold I changed both temperatures from medium to coldest didn't do a thing. I cleaned out the bottom and back , I see a fan by the water connection not on or turning not sure if that means anything. Please help
