Had error ER 1F, replaced fan, still had problem. ...

Had error ER 1F, replaced fan, still had problem. replaced main pcb, now the error code is gone and plenty of air flow to ice maker but the ice maker light is blinking now

0 Also no water comes out of the water dispenser
