How can I get to the drip pan to empty it? My floor is wet. Thanks

5 In normal use, the drip pan will not require emptying, any condensate should evaporate to the atmosphere. You most likely have a leak in a water line or worse, the drain pan is cracked. Pull the unit out and remove the panel which covers the compressor compartment
