Question About LG Electronics Refrigerator LSC27931ST
Ice maker feeler arm...

Is the feeler arm supposed to be down or up where the ice is to come down? I accidentally put it down and now it will not go up. I don't want to force it up as the instructions say. Please help, this is a new fridge have never used the ice maker yet
