Question About LG Electronics Refrigerator LFX25971**
Icemaker does not fill with water...

icemaker does not fill with water (water dispenser is OK); the arm is stuck in a down position (i can't move it); the mechanisim works OK when I turn off and on but it never fills with water. i changed the filter but it still does not work.
