LG LFX25960SB Refrigerator...

The ice maker is not making ice. The feeler arm frezees and stay up. I turned the ice maker off, than I turned the refrigerator of and use a blow dryer to defrost it. Than the arm goes down. than I reset it by holding th button on the side and it cycle up. Than the arm freeses up again
