Question About LG Electronics Refrigerator LSC 21943ST
My ice maker won't work...

I have the LSC21943ST refrigerator, and I can't get my ice maker to work. Yes, it's on, and yes, the water works. But the ice won't harvest. I looked on the LG site, and it said to turn the "test switch" button on, but I can't even find that button! What do I do??? I just want ice!
