no ice LG lrsc26911sw...

has code er but also unit is icing up and fan is not operating tried to by pass senser no help board has electrical odor but has no burn spots on it shows voltage into board checked voltage at fuse not showing possible burnt trans former on board ? what should it read any help appreciated
