Refrigator Problem...

The display panel indicates Er lF. When the power is switched off and is switched on after a short time the controls display ok, but returns to Er lF. The filter was removed and I am in the process of ordering one. Is this problem due to the dirty water filter element? I mis place my manual.

5 The water was replaced but still have the Er lF indication. Also apparently the door switch is malfunctioning. The refrigator light remain on even though the doors are closed. There is also the door alarm on with the doors closed. How can I solve this problem? The ice maker is also not working.
