I've had service here 4 times and since I purchased this refrigerator in Nov '08 and they haven't been able to solve the problem of the refrigerator compartment going into freeze mode. Changed the "thermistor" last week and it has since gone down to 18 degrees F and stayed. Tech on his way back but since we live in Hooterville USA they're only in area once a week and never have parts =). Anyone have this problem and get it resolved? Thanks.
