i need to know how to control the temp on this fridge. i received it from a previous owner and it did not come with a manual. the settings seem to be locked so i don't know how to control the temp. currently items lower in the fridge freeze. some items in the freezer thaw because it is not cold enough. suggestions on how to fix this problem please?
