The oven won't go past 250-300 degrees. It's max is about 500-600 degrees. We need it to go 445 degrees. We checked all the wring but cannot find the problem. The gas opens up and there is fire, but it stops when it gets close to 300. Anyone know what the problem is and what's the best way to fix it?
