SLR-E-IS SMOKE DETECTOR PROBLEM...

WE HAVE THE PWR TO THE SMOKE DETECTOR 21 VDC & 3.9 K OHM REGISTER TO 1& 5 EVEN THOUGH IT,S SHOWING OPEN CKT.
