5 I believe the model # is EM5130 Or EM5120. I cannot get the burners to ignite. Gas is flowing & when I hold a match over the burner, I get fire, however the burners won't ignite. HELP!!!

0 You may need to clean your burner unit. Take off the grates, the top cap and then remove the burner. Degrease and clean and ensure the hole in the half circle that leads to the electrode/lighter.
