I received a brand new Magic Chef Breadmaker, Mode...

I received a brand new Magic Chef Breadmaker, Model CBM-310 (310) as a gift several years ago. I opened it for the first time today. There was a quick start guide in the box. My problem is this: at the bottom of the guide, there is a reference to "see p.23 for Super Rapid Bread recipes." There was no manual or recipe book enclosed. How can I get this for my Breadmaker?
