How do I dismantle a three burner LP cooktop from ...

How do I dismantle a three burner LP cooktop from an airstream travel trailer from 1969? The stainless steel has become rusty and the unti needs to be refinished. The model number reads "3 LI" or something like that. Unit number C- 583103. Any help would be appreciated.
