Question About Magic Chef Freezer MCCF5WBX
How do I defrost it?...

I have the large 27x22x34Magic Chef Chest. I am not sure how to defrost it. I see a round hole type thing on the left side of the freeze. Do I just pull the plug out? Please advise defrosing instructions. Can I get the instructions on line. I would also like the manual.

0 Disconnect the plug. Remove all contents. Remove the plug on the rear bottom corner left side of the unit. It will pull straight out. Remove the plug on the left rear corner on the bottom of the unit inside the freezer. It will pull straight up. Wash out the unit with a good cleaning agent after it defrosts. Allow the freezer to dry. Plug in the unit and reload it.
