I have a magic chef ice maker model MCIM30SST that...

I have a magic chef ice maker model MCIM30SST that will start and run for a minute or so then shuts down with the ice and add water red leds flashing. What is the probable cause. I am a hvac tech and familiar with this type of equipment.
