Question About Magic Chef Ice Maker MCIM22TS
our portable ice maker has black flakey stuff that...

our portable ice maker has black flakey stuff that is showing up in the ice and the water after it goes through the machine. I know it is in the lines within the machine itself. what is the best way to clean it out. not sure of the model number but it looks like model MCIM22TS only the control panel is across the top. what is the best way to clean it out other than the normal clean after each use?

0 I received a reply to my question and it tells me to download the manual. I cannot download it for some reason. I do not see where there is a filter in it but could be overlooking it too.
