microwave has power then I set function and press ...

microwave has power then I set function and press start and it clicks about 5 times and goes back to zero. The light bulb flickers when it clicks. This is the second time this has happened. The last time I unplugged it for an hour and it came back on. This time still not on after 2 hours.
