Question About Magic Chef Microwave Oven MCO153UBF

Microwave is about 3 yrs old.After having in my home 2 weeks the power shuts off for no reason.This happens with popcorn.potatoes etc.Takes about 20 minutes to come back on.I called 800 number and the girl said this was normal. This is not normal.I've had different microwaves and not one of them have shut down.Whats the problem here.
