MY MAGIC CHEF IS NOT HEAT AND WHEN BLUGGED IN TO THE 120 VOLT PLUG IT MAKES A HUMMING SOUND ALL THE TIME AND AROUND THE CONTROL PANEL GETS EXTREMELY HOT.
