Question About Magic Chef Oven 59F 5txw

This Magic Chef electric oven quits unexpectedly and starts beeping and flashing F3. It seems totally random, and so I cannot tie this to any particular item being cooked. It happened yesterday when I was making popovers for some guests. The only way to get the beeping to stop is to flip the breaker. Any suggestions? Thanks
