Gas company turned the gas supply off in the oven ...

Gas company turned the gas supply off in the oven because the pilot light flame would not ignite the oven because they said the tube had cobwebs in it. I cleaned out the tube but do not know where they turn the gas off to the oven, after they did it the pilot light went out. The top burners still work fine.
