Maytag 9825XUB Top Oven Heating...

Top oven will not reach heat needed, i.e. dial in 375. Reaches only 320.

0 It is a Magic Chef top oven which is not heating up on "bake". Dial in 425, gets to only 220. "Broil" works okay. Thermostat or element?
