My magic chef gas oven mod.#CGR3740BDT won't heat ...

My magic chef gas oven mod.#CGR3740BDT won't heat properly. The igniter glows and sometimes the burner will lite but the burner does not seem to kick on with a flame intensity to heat up, nor do I hear the flow of gas that I usually hear when the oven should be heating.
