Question About Magic Chef Range 8114P458-60
F3 F1 error...

We just got this stove and the oven doesn't seem to be working, the broiler does but the heating element on the bottom isn't working so we tried the self clean and it came up with a flashing F3 and then and F1. Can anyone help me with this.
