RANGE/OVEN HAS HALF HEAT...

MY MAGIC CHEF MODEL#CER3525AAW RANGE AND OVEN DOESN'T GET TO IT'S FULL HEATING DEGREES. BURNERS DON'T GET RED.TAKES LONGER TO COOK,DONT BOIL WATERJUST HEATS IT UP.I LOST MY MANUAL .PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU
