refrigerator/freezer cools ok but runs most of the...

refrigerator/freezer cools ok but runs most of the time, some ice build up/condensation in refrigerator section (on top,right front). Drains to the pan just fine. Temp. currently set to 5.0. Will shut off when turned to OFF. Seal/gasket around door looks and feels like it is sealing well.
