0 Heres a few things to check, first manitowocs can sometimes get stuck in clean or wash mode. Rock the rocker switch 3 times to reset it and turn it back on to ice. could be a fouled start capacitor, a shorted winding in the compressor, A stuck relay or high limit, possibly could be the main power switch is not fully operational.listen for a slight hum or feel if the compressor starts to get hot it may be burnt out. Hope this helps
