Bought a brand new Masterbuilt Butterball fryer for 20 lb turkey. After getting temp to 375 dropped turkey in fryer. Temp quickly dropped to 275 degrees and I was never able to get temp back above 325. I had smaller version last year and temp would drop to 200 degrees after reaching max temp. Cant figure out what is wrong with either fryer. This did not happen on smaller fryer for the first 3 times I used it.
