I have lost the manual. what tempeture do I cook a 13 pound turkey on and for how long and do I cook it with the lid on or off?

0 I don't know if you received your answer yet. This I what I found. 400 degrees, 3 min per pound plus 5 min and lid on. Internal temp of 180 degrees in thickest part of the breast. Breast up.
