my matsui dishwasher is playing up i put my dish's...

my matsui dishwasher is playing up i put my dish's in to clean but they still come out dirty especially the knifes and forks oh yeah the spoons aswell how do i clean it out thouroughly or do i have to get someone else in to fix it. as it is really getting on my nerves at the minuet. (DISHWASHER)
