Question About Maytag Cooktop AKS3040
Knob blew off...

Just had a minor explosion with this cooktop. The front right knob blew off and the pot drawer under blew open. Has anyone heard of this happening? This knobs has a whistle when turned to low. I don't smell gas but I wonder if there's a problem.
