the upper spray arm/retainer assembly has broken. ...

the upper spray arm/retainer assembly has broken. The arm is off( part # 12001446) and the retainer snap spray (part # 912681) is partially broken. Will these be the only parts I'll need or perhaps a new outlet snap (part #912680) or more?
