unit will not turn on. turned off power, checked water line too. only button lit up is the 3 second light. motor seems to be ok as well. not sure why the buttons have been rendered nonfunctional... serial #: 25410495ZF. Model is: MDB7100AWB. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
