DFB9000AAX Garbage Disposal, replaced internal swi...

DFB9000AAX Garbage Disposal, replaced internal switch, motor runs continually when lid activates and will not shut off when disengaged. Also when cleaning out port for new switch, two small rubber caps were found in the bottom of unit, where do they go?
