My Maytag Plus Convection Oven wall-mount Model CW...

My Maytag Plus Convection Oven wall-mount Model CWE6830 won;t set Bake or Broil, but just shows msg " do or" 100% of time, but door opens, and never have use 'Clean' mode. What causes, or mainly how do I get rid of the "do or" msg, and let bake or broil function?? Danny G. /Modesto CA
