We are trying to change the bulb in the upper wall oven. When attempting to remove the glass bulb cover, we can turn the cover about 3/8 of an inch back and forth but no further to the left or right. The instructions say to remove 4 screws (as this is a self cleaning model), but there are no screws. The model is a CWE5800. Is there a trick to getting the cover off?
