We have a Maytag self-cleaning system - model #CRG...

We have a Maytag self-cleaning system - model #CRG9700aal - Serial #17658152KF, that does not reach the required temperature. Can you please tell us what needs to be replaced and where it is located. We do not have a manual that indicates the part needed. If we set oven on 350 deg. it will only reach 200 deg. Thank you.
