My lower oven operates 25 degrees hotter than the digital setting. How is this adjusted? NOTE: The manual that came with the unit does NOT match the model. In particular, the digital readout display does not have the "More +" and "Less -" buttons, so the instructions I do have do not pertain to this model. I cannot find a model manual that fits my oven display
