Maytag Gas - precision Touch Control 500 Form No. ...

Maytag Gas - precision Touch Control 500 Form No. A/09/03 have a problem with oven warming up - super slow with popping sound during warmup, presume it is gas loading into chamber but not igniting... maybe glowbulb ignitor? part no. as below; but wiring diagram is noted as 8119P021-60. stickers on oven are unreadable.
