My MGR4452BDW gas oven only heats to about 280 deg...

My MGR4452BDW gas oven only heats to about 280 degrees. It doesn't get hotter. We have recently replaced our electric control panel, but this has not helped our situation. Do we need to replace the thermostat or has the oven somehow been set to Celsius by accident. If so, how do we re set it?
